Ushae Ash

Senior Pastor Ushae Ash faithful and virtuous woman became the senior pastor of Noel Emmanuel Outreach Ministry December 2018.

Pastor Ash has been a church planter and the co- pastor with Bishop Dr. Astley Rhoden of Noel Emmanuel Outreach Ministry, for the past 5-years. Pastor Ash accepted the call to ministry in 2007 while attending Church of God of Prophecy serving under the spiritual leadership of Overseer Bishop Ronald McFarlane. Pastor Ushae attended Argosy University to obtain her master’s degree in Psychology, she also attended Palm Beach Atlantic University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management with a minor in Theology, she also holds a degree in Human Service from Hudson Valley.

Called to preach the liberating gospel that sets the captive free, Pastor Ash has a special anointing that empowers others to reach their divine purpose. She also has a heart for helping youth to realize their full potential. Out of this passion, she founded EL De’ot Center a Not-for-Profit organization to equip adolescent boys and girls with the life skills needed to successfully navigate into young adults.

Pastor Ash was born in Jamaica; but has resided in the United States for over 40 years, she’s a mother to many but has one biological son who is 29 years old. She has over 18 years of successfully working with County and State Government in Florida.
