Our Mission

The Mission of Noel Emmanuel Outreach Ministry is to minister to the:

(1)     Social- Social needs are things such as acceptance, appreciation, belonging and companionship. Essentially, social needs are met by forging relationships with other people.

(2)    Spiritual- Spiritual needs are psychological demands that encourage other kinds of wellness through prayer and meditation. They relate to activities that provide mental health and a sense of positive sensation. spiritual resources to help heal grief, guilt, resentment, unforgiveness, self-rejection, and shame and deepen experiences of trust, self-esteem, hope, joy and love of life. Discover and develop inner wisdom, creativity, and love of self.

(3)    Physical development- Maslow lists the basic physical needs as water, air, food, warmth, sex, sleep and the disposal of bodily waste. In addition to physical needs, there are four levels of needs in the hierarchy of needs: safety, social, esteem, and self-awareness. Until the basic physical needs of the human body are met, Maslow emphasizes that all other needs become moot.

Our Creed

I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ his only son our Lord who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified on the cross, dead; and buried. The third day he arose from the dead’ he ascended into heaven and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and the life everlasting. Amen

Our Objective

To meet the needs of every level; NEOM shall implement strategies to train all members in:

  • Christian discipleship- A Christian disciple is a person who accepts and assists in the spreading of the good news of Jesus Christ. Christian discipleship is the process by which disciples grow in the Lord Jesus Christ and are equipped by the Holy Spirit, who resides in our hearts, to overcome the pressures and trials of this present life and become more and more Christlike.

  • Christian leadership-One who acts as a shepherd to those “sheep” in his/her care. They are also a feeder and a nourisher of the sheep, and the ultimate “sheep food” is the Word of God. Leaders also comforts the sheep, binding up their wounds and applying the balm of compassion and love. Christian leader corrects and disciplines those in his/her care when they go astray. They are protector

  • Current teaching methods and materials- The Hybrid, or blended style

The Exhorter (Charismatic style); The Sermonic Essayist (intellectual approach to the sermon)

The Bible Teacher (Instructional style- the sermon is an exegetical essay); The Homiletician (devotionals)
