Dr. Astley Rhoden
Dr. Astley Rhoden was born on February 2, 1968, in Jamaica in the district of Joint Wood, Saint Elizabeth to the parents Panchetta Rhoden Clare and Simeon Peter Rhoden.
He lived most of his life with his grandparents Oliver Sydney Rhoden and Agatha Rhoden where he attended many churches; Retirement Presbyterian, church of God and later the Salvation Army. He was baptized at the tender age of 14, as he got older, he spent time contending with God and growing in HIS love and HIS grace.
He served as associate pastor of Liberty Hall Ministry in Fort Lauderdale. In 2009 Dr. Rhoden began an in-home Bible Study for one year where the Lord disclosed HIS Kingdom Vision. It was out of this revelation that Liberty Movement Ministry was birth out of his home starting with about 18 persons; it would be this ministry that the Holy Spirit would use to greatly impact the world. In 2012 Dr. Rhoden founded Noel Emmanuel Outreach Ministry and dedicate Liberty Movement Ministry as a Food Pantry which now serves approximately 5,000 persons per month.
Bishop Dr. Astley is committed to allowing the anointing of God to flow through his life to touch God's people. He is committed to seeing the Word of God taught and confirmed by the Holy Spirit. The mantle that rests on him is to cause individuals to experience the glory of God by accessing His presence. He is known for his practical and dynamic teaching style which helps people apply the timeless truths of Scripture to their everyday lives.
Dr. Rhoden honored with a Doctorate of Divinity, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, Associate in Biblical Counseling and Theology from Chip Bible University and Certificate in Community Chaplaincy from Rose Ministry
Bishop Dr. Astley Rhoden’s mission is to provide spiritual enrichment and empowerment that will positively transform the lives of every ethnicity through the three realms of the supernatural: Faith, the Anointing, and the Glory of God.
